Anti aging association
Mission and Purpose
Japan is now facing two major challenges declining birthrates and rapid population aging both of which are beginning to have significant social impacts.
In this new era, each of us must properly understand these issues, acquire the necessary knowledge, and take action to address them.
However, a great deal of misleading information about health, medicine, and beauty continues to circulate in society.
Our Association is committed to gathering and sharing reliable, evidence-based knowledge so that everyone can learn with confidence, free from misinformation.
For older generations, our goal is to extend healthy life expectancy through disease prevention and improved lifestyle habits, enabling them to live independently and with vitality throughout life.
For younger generations, it is essential to develop accurate understanding and healthy habits now in order to build a long, fulfilling, and healthy future.
The World Health Organization (WHO) identifies five key dimensions of health: physical, mental, familial, economic, and social.
We believe these are essential for a truly happy life.
Our Association provides a space for learning and dialogue where people can explore together how to preserve and nurture these five aspects of health and put them into practice.

Living Vibrantly and Gracefully in the Era of 100-Year Lives
The Anti-Aging Association is a membership-based community for learning and connection—dedicated to helping individuals live rich, fulfilling lives unbound by age.
Centering on the themes of health, beauty, and youthfulness of mind, we provide trustworthy information, lifelong learning, and opportunities to connect with others who share the same vision.
In today’s world, where the idea of a “100-year life” is becoming reality and with advances in medicine and lifestyle suggesting lifespans of 150 or even 200 years the key question is no longer how long we live, but how authentically we continue to live.
As life expectancy extends, our ways of working, learning, relating to others, and nurturing our minds are all evolving.
Our Philosophy
View aging not as a risk, but as a possibility.
Cultivate the “intangible assets” needed for a multi-stage life such as health, relationships, flexibility, and continual learning.
Develop the ability to design a life that is youthful in mind, body, and appearance true to oneself.
Empower action through science-based knowledge and meaningful community connections.
Anti-aging is not simply about beauty or the pursuit of youth. It is about redesigning life itself.
Through the perspectives of science, beauty, and life design, the Anti-Aging Association provides learning and exchange opportunities that support each person in living more vibrantly and meaningfully.
Regardless of age, for everyone who wishes to feel younger, to reclaim their life, or to take a new step forward.
The Anti-Aging Association is here to support your journey.
